Cancellation Policy
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a $50 charge.

No-Show Policy
Clients who have not rescheduled their appointment and do not show up for their scheduled time will incur a $30 no-show charge.

During the initial intake process, we request that credit/debit card information be placed on file in the event a no-show occurs. Being 10 minutes late without prior notice will be considered a no-show. After three no-shows and/or late cancellations, clients may be discharged from our services. Rescheduling after a missed intake appointment is at the coach's discretion.

To avoid such issues, please contact our office if you need to discuss a payment plan. We are committed to working with you to ensure smooth financial arrangements.

SERVICES

Individual Coaching: $55 (60 minutes)

Group: $75 (50 minutes) *includes supplies

Herbal Consultations: $250 (3 Sessions) + Cost of Herbal Capsules

Walking Club: $25 monthly * coming soon

Does my Insurance Cover Wellness Coaching Services?

At this time we do not accept Insurance. We are cash only.
